<![CDATA[Chamber is Family]]> http://www.mychamber.org/Blog/Testimonials/Chamber-is-Family/
   By Christian Joaquin (0) Comments

I want to extend a "BIG THANK YOU" to several chamber members. I had an accident on July 15th and needed care for at least the next 4 to 5 months. I was unable to live by myself. Susan Yasui put together a work crew to help my daughter pack up my apartment. Susan, Pam Smith, Kim Morettini, Tammy Harwick and Steve Lynn showed up and the apartment was packed up and ready for the movers in one day. Suzi Moret donated boxes and wrapping paper for the packing. This all happened while I was in the hospital. By the time I was released from the hospital my thing were in storage. I tell this story to show that The Greater Corona Valley Chamber is more than just a Chamber. It is family and is there in every way to help.

I am still unable to drive. Last week (9-15-2011) Bobby, the President of the Chamber, drove to Irvine, picked me up, drove to Corona to the weekly Chamber lunch, drove me back to Irvine, and then he drove back to Corona. Bobby is a great Leader and always generous. It is reflected in the Chamber members. I am so grateful to my Corona Chamber family.

Thank you all.
Elizabeth Marrton
