RETAIL AGENCY CANDIDATE DESCRIPTION:
Each candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven background in building and managing business ventures. The appropriate candidate with be able to effectively manage their time and be self-reliant in accomplishing goals. Communication skills will be a high priority as well as the ability to manage a client base and Agency team.
- Ability to obtain required licensing through the state of California.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to show proof of $50,000 in seasoned, liquid assets.
- Ability to produce a five-year business plan and proforma
- Ability to obtain a lease for office space that is SMART office approved by your onboarding team.
- Ability to hire one licensed and appointed agency staff member with one additional hire in the following six months.
