    About Our Program
The CORONA Chamber created the Executive Leadership Roundtable (ELR) to seek out leaders in the community. Through community awareness and hands on experience, the program enables participants to build strong relationships and prepare themselves for the challenges of the years to come.

The ELR program assists and empowers leaders. The program enlists candidates who live or work in the CORONA area and leaders in the community. ELR is designed by the CORONA Chamber to provide opportunities for business leaders to learn more about the challenges facing the community. It is ideal for those who are interested in becoming more involved and who want to gain the tools to make more informed decisions.

One way the class participants get involved in the community, is by proposing, deliberating, and unanimously deciding on a “class project”. Each class project is unique, and is designed to be a community outreach or project that has a positive effect on the community. We believe this strengthens the group, individual relationships, and the community.

Throughout the years, the ELR program has evolved. Today, alumni from the program continue to be active in the various communities served by the Chamber. Past participants have made tremendous contributions of their time and expertise to the charities, community organizations and governmental committees in the CORONA area and surrounding communities.
