    Job Description
    Position Title: Office Assistant
    Overview: This position reports to the Operations Manager. Assist customers with advertising and other needs. Completes daily, weekly, and monthly objectives as assigned. Assists with office organizational objectives as needed.
    Skilled Required:
    ·         Experience in general office duties, customer service, receiving payments
    ·         Must have good organization skills
    ·         Experiment in Microsoft Office and Excel
    Primary Duties:
    ·         Answer phone, assist customer, track calls and take messages as needed
    ·         Greet customers who walk in, assist as needed, and track visits
    ·         Create affidavits from legal advertisements, both digital and cut-out. Email/mail to customer.
    ·         Track legal advertising in papers to verify running status
    ·         Process Subscribers papers for bulk mail
    ·         Mail out any affidavits (storage, FBN, etc.) that might need to be mailed out
    ·         Check e-mail’s for FBN’s, community ad’s Monday AM and during the week. Process any FBNS or Name Changes as needed.
    ·         Complete weekly Settles package and mail out weekly
    ·         Put away old papers into dead-file
    ·         Keep accurate records up to date
    Other Duties:
    ·         Organize office supplies
    ·         Conduct weekly inventory of supplies and report to Office Manager for ordering needs
    Hours: PT three days per week 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Days to be determined M-F
